  Berlin/Prague - 2003

Berlin was a much more impressive city than I expected. Very beautiful, lots of green space, modern, spotless, people out all hours of the night, safe, beautiful architecture (old and new), great nightlife, clubs, bars, theater, film, restaurants, gorgeous women, more than efficient subway system (should I go on?)

The people weren't overtly friendly, nor unfriendly. Though English is widely spoken, it would have helped if I spoke German.

I didn't spend as much time in Prague as I wanted to. The architecture was stunning (especially so in the main city center). Hordes of tourists though (I actually thought sections outside the city center were much more pleasant to spend time in).

Very cheap in Prague. You could live like a king on $800US and live a nice European lifestyle.

I didn't have space for all my pictures here so I tried to choose the best ones. Enjoy!
